[NOTICE]
The proposed revised pattern § 1983 civil jury instructions for the Seventh Circuit are offered for public comment by the Seventh Circuit Pattern
Jury Instruction Committee and § 1983 Jury Instruction Subcommittee.
The committees, which include representatives of all significant perspectives,
welcome comment before submission to the Circuit Council for approval and promulgation.
Comments will be accepted through April 29, 2016.

February 4, 2013 -- the Pattern Criminal Jury Instruction Committee has revised
the withdrawal instructions in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision
in Smith v. United States, 133 S. Ct. 714 (2013). The revised instructions are
numbered 5.13, 5.14(A) and 5.14(B). |
