The Office of Staff Attorneys no longer follows the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan. On July 2, 2012, we will begin considering applications for the 2013-2015 clerkship term, which commences in the fall of 2013. Applications should not be submitted without final second-year grades. Between July 2 and July 16, 2012, we will accept applications via both regular mail and OSCAR. We will consider applications received by July 16, 2012, for Early Offers, which the Office will make in July. After July 16, 2012, applications will be accepted only via OSCAR (the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review) and will be considered for Regular Offers, which the Office will extend in September.
