    February 4, 2013 -- the Pattern Criminal Jury Instruction Committee has revised the withdrawal instructions in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Smith v. United States, 133 S. Ct. 714 (2013). The revised instructions are numbered 5.13, 5.14(A) and 5.14(B).
