CIRCUIT RULE 30(d) STATEMENT


Pursuant to Circuit Rule 30(d), counsel certifies that all material required by Circuit

Rule 30(a) and (b) are included in the appendix.

Circuit Rule 30(a) and (b) must be referenced. 30(a) material cannot be bound separately however, (b) material can be included together with (a) material if they total no more than fifty pages. If 30(a) material exceeds fifty pages, then 30(b) material cannot be attached to the short appendix, but must be bound in a separate appendix.
